About Us
At Dandelion we work alongside people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, providing bespoke packages of care and support tailored around individual needs and preferences. We adopt the core principles of Psychologically Informed Environments, utilising a Positive Behaviour Support framework and person-centred planning principles that put people in the driving seat of their care and support.

A high specification purpose built supported living service coming soon to St Albans. All flats are modern and bright with spacious Living rooms, kitchens, dining spaces, bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.

Our Team
Our Executive and Management Team have a wealth of invaluable experience in leading and managing organisations that support people with multiple complex needs. Our Senior team includes a Registered Manager, Head of Quality, Behaviour Analyst and a CEO who are all inherently passionate about providing care that is both fair and equitable.
